“They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I have been reaching out daily because I am not able to log in to make payments.”

“They make it impossible to get ahold them and they will still take you to court if you make your payments. Do not pay them a penny. If you make a settlement agreement and pay it in full then will say you have not and still take you to court.”

“They don't honor agreements. In my case, their Counsel during court stated on court record that interests and lawyer fees would only apply if I defaulted on our agreement to pay a monthly sum. However, that's not the case. They added interests rates and court fees to my already bloated debt that wasn't the original to begin with.”
