Let me start by saying Jennifer Chretman at Tucker Albin & associates, you’re a beast in this trucking industry. Word cannot describe how much gratitude I have for you. First of all Your kindness and the love I felt to assist us was 💯 effortless. I wish I could give you a thousand stars. You are amazing, bad brokers watch out Jennifer is coming for you. If I could give zero stars, I would. We signed an agreement to be represented by TA in the Fall of 2022 to pursue a contractor that did not complete work they were paid for. After several months and no status updates, we started following up with our assigned collector Brian Dixon (extremely unprofessional individual). Our emails, texts and voicemails were ignored. After we escalated the issue due to the lack of response, Brian responded TODAY by letting us know that not only had they NOT been seeking collections on our behalf, (even though they would send ridiculous, unprofessional meme-like emails stating that collection activity was happening), we were now "blacklisted" from working with Tucker Albin?? Brian then fabricated notes in their system by stating that they had requested information from us that we failed to provide which is the reason they did not pursue collection activity. That is completely false as we provided EVERYTHING that was requested in a timely fashion and have the documentation to prove it. However, the owner Nick clearly seems disinterested because even he did not return our calls once I let it be known that Brian had not provided updates since we placed our account with TA in the Fall of 2022. Beware of what could happen should you place an account with Tucker Albin. You could be blacklisted for simply following up for a status update .

In my opinion, this is the worst company! Employee Mark Stevens, is completely rude & unprofessional and loves to threaten people over the phone & email. I would not recommend this company as they practice unethical debt collection process.

We've been using this company for a while now and have worked with Ryan R. who has always been a pleasure to work with. He is very informative, responds quickly and keeps us updated every step of the way! Thank you Ryan, it's greatly appreciated.

Matt Hoover has helped me tremendously. I have always trusted his advice and he told me these were the best guys out there for collections and sure enough I have never had better results.

They call our place of business, ask for the owner, and when I tell them he's not there (usually working remotely) and ask if I can help them with anything, they hang up. How freaking unprofessional. I believe all the bad reviews.

SCAM.

I had made numerous calls to the debtor, a well know international business, and got lots of assurances that it would get taken care of but no action. Invoices that were years old were recovered in ONE day by Zack VanMeter with Tucker Albin. He was able to do that without slamming the door on that customer as I continue to do business with them. Absolutely amazing job!

Tucker, Albin and Associates, along with Jordan Fuller did an amazing job on immediately getting a dead- beat client of ours to pay us what was owed. We have used Tucker, Albin before and will use them again for collections should this situation arise. We appreciate Jordan Fuller's tenacity in getting the job done. He stays on it. Kudos to them for their hard work.
