Great company to work with. Jessica Kenney has done an awesome job handling the clients I have turned over to her. I recommend their services any time other Credit Managers ask who I utilize for collections.

We had a customer that had no intention of paying. After a year of trying, I allowed Tanner Goss, with Tucker, Albin and Associates to take over and he was able to get payment from a customer within a week. He kept us up to date and communicated wonderfully!

We have been working with Tucker, Albin and Associates for awhile now and they are a great firm. Janae especially has been a complete asset. She always makes time for whatever we need and her follow through is top notch. We will always go to this firm and Janae for all of our collection needs.

I have read several of the reviews here and I have to say it must be all about who you are dealing with and what side of the coin you are on. My contact Janae has been amazing to work with. Highly knowledgeable in a lot of areas we need help with like credit policies and when to stop financing my customers. Janae has been a huge asset to my company and she is kind and always there with an answer when I have a question. It’s nice to have such a professional by my side.

I have worked with Jamie Piell from Tucker Albin to acquire funds from non-paying customers. Jamie has been quick to act, able to collect on most of the debts, and all while being a nice guy. We will continue to work with Jamie when the needs arise.

I work with Eric Nelson at Tucker, Albin and Associates. He makes the collection process so easy to collect non payment. I just send him an email with info and he has his team go to work. No matter the size of the collection Eric treats us like we are his biggest client. Totally recommend Tucker, Albin and Associates.

Tucker Albine called my place of business and asked for a previous owner who had just retired from the company after 47 years. When I informed him of this he hung up on me while I was still talking. Although we are not in need of his services it is very unprofessional to hang up on a place you had called to "potentially" request business with. After I attempted to call him back no one was available to take my call. Please stop calling and wasting our time when we could be serving our customer's and handling our business. Needless to say this number is blocked and this business is very unprofessional and aggressive.
