The people who do the cold calling are always RUDE. They've been asked to stop calling here as we are not interested in their service.

We have been working with Tucker, Albin & Associates for several years and they are the only company we will utilize for our collection efforts. Kenneth Groom is the best client services rep! He is very communicative and responsive throughout the entire collection process. Highly recommend Kenneth Groom & Tucker, Albin for all collection services!!

VERY PUSHY ... I do NOT need your services, and I DO NOT appreciate being told how my business works. FDCPA violations going on here, even when trying to get my business. Don't tell me I'm disrespectful when YOU are disrespecting me by not taking NO Thank you for an answer.

Willing to bold face lie to try and get our accts. receivable person or company president on the phone. I wouldn't let these people collect pocket lint.

Harassing sales calls at our business.

I received a call this morning from Cornelius. I do not owe a debt. I am a business owner, and he was trying to sell me your services. He was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Hard sell tactics may work when collecting a debt, but not when talking to a prospective client. He was continuously interrupting me, accusing me of lying to him, and just generally being an ahole. I could not get a word in, and finally hung up on him. If that is the type of person who you choose to represent your business, I have zero interest in dealing with you.

Received an email from Tucker Albin demanding payment for a past due account from Regus office rental. We sent an email showing that the account was paid and informed them to cease any further communication. I received a called from Tucker Albin for a screen shot of the email, which I thought was ludacris since we sent the original email, we received a second call from Tucker Albin and person on the other line starts to tell us that we owed the debt when I explain that we had not only paid but I had sent the email form the office manager stating the debt had been satisfied the person asked me for a screenshot, when I told him that I sent the original email in the first request, he told me that he needed the screenshot for Regus, I again told him that I had went beyond proving that the debt had been satisfied and please do not contact us anymore. The guy proceeded to tell me he will continue to call and when it shows up on our credit report it was my own fault. This guy does not even know the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), what type of company is this my next move is to report them to the Texas Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division.

3 months after I closed a deal with one of their employees David Sanders , somebody from this company called me saying that their employer stole their money and I have to dispute that payment and to close a new deal with them. Refusing to do so, since my bank shows the money went to their accound they charged my card again without my consent. Bryson Border and Brian Dixon are the ones responsible for this and they will get sued

Rude telephone solicitations.

This company has very belligerent associates. Don't take their calls unless you want to be berated and disrespected.

A gentleman from this company called and asked to speak with our accounts receivable gal. When she stated NUMEROUS times that she wasn't interested in the services the guy became very loud and rude. I could hear him on the phone raising his voice at her. She said it one more time and then hung up on him. He then called back and talked to our staff accountant. Our staff accountant wouldn't give him any information and the guy again argued and called him rude. All around UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I could give NO STARS! Don't call here again!

this company is a scam do not take their services
