He is professional,sympathetic,funny and most of all, expeditiously works to get your accounts cleared up and on track. He keeps you updated along every step and explains the reasoning behind the methods and what you can do as a business to protect and prevent in the future.

I'm with the News & Review and we moved our collections to Tucker, Albin, and Associates around the end of April 2021. Our collection manager, Sara Bicknell, was with our previous collection company and when she left the customer service and collection process came to a grinding halt. Sara is outstanding. She has helped me understand the collection process with her immeasurable knowledge. When we moved to Tucker, Albin, and Associates she immediately began to collect on accounts that were stagnant with our previous collection company in addition to new accounts I sent her. I absolutely love working with Sara and value our working relationship both personally and professionally.

My account rep, Dan Marzocchi, has been so helpful. He made the process simple and he lets me know the status of each collection I send in up to it being resolved. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Several months ago, Kenneth Groom cold contacted my company, Oklahoma Cementing Cushing, to inquire and then offer his services on possibly collecting any of our past due accounts receivables. Initially, I listened to his "spill" and forgot about the phone call. However, Kenny was persistent and made several follow up calls, I finally relented and gave him an account and the details that we had been chasing for a bit over a year with no success, thinking this would shut him up. But..... roughly 10 days later, we received a $6,000.00 check from our delinquent customer with a promise to send an additional check later that month. 3 weeks later, we received an additional check for $4,000.00, all of which still leaves a small balance, but we are 10 grand better off than we were. With Kenny's persistence and success, I gave him the "go ahead" on a larger account-100K +. With Kenny's efforts, the delinquent customer has now responded and is negotiating a payment method. That remains to be seen, but as of current, I have faith in Kenny collecting. We are nearly paid on 1 and inching closer on the other, all of which I believe is due at least in part to Kenny's tenacious pit bull determination. Respectfully J.B. Jamie Piell consistently reaches out to see if we need any assistance. He never fails to mention the benefits Tucker, Albin offers even if there is not a collection situation. Communication is key in every aspect of business and I know if I need Jamie, he will be ready for the task.
