We recently switched to Tucker Albin to follow Natasha Salem from her old firm. We have been very impressed with their attentiveness to detail and ability to collect on accounts we thought were a lost cause. I would recommend Tucker Albin and specificially Natasha to any business.

Employed Tucker-Albin to collect on numerous unpaid accounts. You definitely want them on your side. I had the pleasure of having Andrew Bolton as my primary representative. His professional and timely updates on all of my accounts made working through the collections process easy! You need them working for you on any unpaid accounts!

I have been working with Dan Mekeel since May of this year. Some of the accounts that I have sent him are paid in full already and some accounts were setup on payment schedules and are paying consistently. He has even been successful with some very old accounts that I sent him that our former collection agency could not collect. One of the invoices was over 7K and is now paid in full! He has been fantastic to work with!

In my 25 years of conducting business, I have dealt with several collection agencies. Sara Bicknell is hand down the best I have dealt with. Not only is very personable she is very professional. She is a bulldog when it comes to getting our accounts paid. Would recommend Sara any day of the week and twice on Sunday!
