Amazing place!

Called the CFO at 530 am and woke him up. We already paid the invoice they are looking to get paid and show proof of payment. The following week the CFO gets another call at 530am! Get your records straight!

Scam company.. Some rude guy called our business. Wouldn't give a reason why he was calling..

Just received a call from a woman at this company asking for someone else. When I told her she had the wrong number, she replied by saying I was lying and that she had listened to my voicemail and knows my name. I told her she's welcome to call back and listen again, because that was not my name. She continues to accuse me of lying saying I sold wine (which I do not). She eventually said something about reporting me and abruptly hung up. I understand if you're a collections company or whatever it is they do, but do not use abrasive phone techniques when you're not even speaking with the intended party. I suggest all prospective customers to look elsewhere.

Just received a call from this “firm”. Upon our initial conversation, within minutes I’m getting verbally harassed and yelled at. By what sounds like a grown man! I hang up, and he calls me back not 1x, not 2x but 15 times in the next 2 minutes. Like what is this?!! So unprofessional.

Very rude, very aggressive and extremely disrespectful... and I was their client! I used their services a few times in the past without great success, however if I didn't give them further business they would keep contacting me as if I wouldn't call them if I needed their assistance. If I didn't have anything for them, the representative would say I'm a liar and being dishonest with them. I was treated the same way they treat delinquent accounts! I regret doing business with them and would caution anyone who is considering Tucker, Albin and Associates.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND AWFUL AT COLLECTIONS. I get a call from these clowns every couple of months acting like I’ve forgotten about how rude they are, how unprofessional they are to use profanity during sales calls, or how they’ve never successfully collected on any of my accounts. I say again... RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND AWFUL AT COLLECTIONS.

Anyone else think it's fishy that all their 5 star reviews were made around the same time? These clowns call my business every couple of months asking for the previous owner in a rude manor or they act like they're best buds with the previous owner. It's pretty funny and also pretty pathetic. I've read enough reviews to realize I'm not alone. Sweet business strategy, my dudes. I'm sure I'll talk to you again soon.

Absolutely horrible!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! One star is not a low enough rating to give this company. We hired Tucker, Albin and Associates to collect a debt from a customer. About a month of Tucker, Albin and Associates trying to get us(the company that hired them) to accept an unacceptable settlement offer; Tucker, Albin and Associates started harassing me. Yes you heard that correct, Tucker, Albin and Associates started harassing the company that HIRED them to collect a debt!?!?! DO NOT use this company. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

We have worked with Jeremy Coffman numerous times and he's always great to work with. I appreciate his communication and how easy he makes the process.
