I don't even want to give this firm one star! Bryson Border is nothing more than a common thug! Since hiring this firm to collect a business debt, our customer actually contacted us to call off our dogs. He then offered to settle for a lesser amount. We agreed, but as of today, we have NOT received any funds YET. This firm has been included in every e-mail and aware of the situation, but NOW my husband and I are getting harassed by Bryson Border. He's has referred to my husband as a LIAR and thinks we have received our payment of $10,000, and not willing to pay his fee. Are you so desperate for $2,000 that you would harass your own client? He asks my husband to "come clean and admit he's been paid"! He tells my husband "you can't get rid of me" and "I'm not going anywhere"! This is how this company treats it's own customers! I would advise everyone NEVER to use this company, who practices strong-arm collection tactics to it's own clients! I wish my husband would've NEVER spoken to this unscrupulous man. Harasses my work phone for someone who doesn't even work here, hangs up when asked to stop calling, and when we call back they are rude. STOP PLEASE.

I don't usually leave reviews but this company, or at least the people they are allowing to represent them is a joke. The company i work for decided to give this company a try after our regular agency was slow rolling a collection account. The associate Troy Brewer appeared to be sincere and understanding during the initial call and acted like he really cared about us collecting our money. I am not a fool, but I also no that no gets by in this word without a chance, so I gave him verbal authorization to attempt to collect on this account. He gave me all these assurances that he would have progress made within a few days and that they would have it resolved shortly after or they would release the account without question or charge. The associate did not take down my contact information correctly so I did not hear from him for almost two weeks - I assumed they moved on . The associate then contacted me and as I expressed that I had not heard from them so we are not interested in pursuing a business relationship with them, he got hostile. He started to yell at me, talk over me, and threated me all before he hung up on me. How professional is that! he lied to me and told me that the company does not have the ability to pull back once they have authorization, but I have dealt with at least a half a dozen collection agencies over the years and not one of them has ever had that problem . I then attempted to contact the company to speak to a supervisor regarding this agent and received no return call. If this Troy Brewer is a representation of what their company values in an employee, I truly feel apathetic for the lack of business they will entail in the future.

Never never use this company. They were given a chance on a small collection from a customer on our behalf. They were beyond rude to both our customer and us. Threating and didn't care if they hurt future business with our customer. They even got someone's personal SS # which had no financial responsibility for this companies debt and ran a credit check. SHADY and RUDE

Our company has been very happy with the services provided. They are able to collect from customers we have tried to collect from for over a year. They handle our large and small collections with great importance and work hard at their job. Jeremy Coffman has been excellent in his customer service skills, professionalism, promptness, clarity, and keeping in contact or checking up on our companies needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who doesn't have time or needs help collecting from their tough customers. They defiantly don't disappoint.

If they hounded the delinquent customer as much as they hounded us for new sales, perhaps they would be more succesful.

I've finally put my finger on this company after they tucked & rolled out of paying MY Judgement against THEM! CON Company, at best, they well let you go thinking that they are collecting and then ask for rendering of accounts they settled... Not 1 account was processed correctly... I MEAN SIMPLE SIGNATURES AND DATES! really?! It just goes to show ya that "collectors" have zero creditability as humans or anything else, like a business?! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm O MY F∆¥Kin' LAWD! release the funds already and get back to prosituting old ladies! B. S. COMPANY!

They are BULLIES. I used them to collect a debt on four occasions. They have managed to collect ONCE. They are close on the fourth debt, but are being BULLIES and damaging my businesses reputation. NOT COOL. I have asked, told, and now demanded that they work WITH me to collect the debt. We are close. But they are on the verge of sending a valued 30 year, repeat customer that has send tens of thousands of referrals out my door. That 30 year customer made a referral. The referral is not paying. Yet Tucker is causing Reputational Damage. And - over a $2,000 ($1,000 in their pocket) payment. DO NOT hire someone that will trash your reputation, a customer worth tens of thousands, over $1,000.

Business owner and former client of Tucker Albin , after a few early successes that they gladly claimed 50% fees this company decided to turn on their own client after they were unable to collect from my delinquent accounts. Word to the wise is have a lawyer read the “contract”(better yet don’t join). For those of you currently with this company I suggest that you do not communicate with the people who owe you because if you do the “contract” states you become liable for the fees charged by Tucker Albin without them collecting. I’m out $1250 for fees from Tucker Albin on an account of $5000 (25%) that I’m never going to collect . They also waited for my birthday to call ... real classy!! , they are only out for themselves
