Brandon Caudill did a fantastic job and he and the team at Tucker, Albin and Associates are highly recommended if you want to recover the money from an overdue account.

Hondo Meredith at Tucker, Albin, & Associates, Inc. - have greatly helped my team in quick and efficient recovery of lost accounts. I know once I turn the account over, I can rest assured they are doing every thing they possibly can. Rates are amazing, and communication is through. They have recovered accounts I thought were a total loss, and have yet to actually not recover an in full! I could not be happier with their work and I refer them constantly!

We have been harassed by this company for weeks. A company owes us money and we owe them money so of course we’re waiting to make payment when we get paid. Mark has harassed me and my wife knowing we are owed money and ready to make payment when we get paid. Mark has threatened to send someone to our house and Mark calls and texts us at 7 in the morning. Stay away from this business with a 10 foot pole before your business get sued for their harassing behavior just as we’re about to do. Highly unprofessional company.

These guys are a joke. Rude and immoral. Do not allow them to work your collections.

My company has been working with the firm for six years now. Since bringing Tucker, Albin and Associates on board in handling collections for my company, I've seen a return of close to 100%. The accounts they have not managed to collect on, they work hard to do whatever they can before hitting any dead ends. I've been working with Dan from the firm for about two years. Dan is friendly and consistently in contact with me with updates on accounts they are working on and the status. I'm grateful to have the firm and Dan as partners to ensure my company gets paid for valuable services rendered and so I can continue to spend time nurturing clients who do understand the value we provide.

we requested to help on one invoice to get payed , in 20 min after request we emailed to stop because we reached the company, Tucker ignored our email and still collected an invoice and charged us 1000$. Don't recommend this company.

If I could use less than one star I would. Called to solicit my business and when I declined he was EXTREMELY rude! Do not do business with this company.

Hello Jeremy..please excuse the delay in conveying my sincere appreciation for the service and guidance you performed and gave to me throughout the collection process . Yes, you were successful in obtaining scheduled payments from my defaulting Client even though my company is based in Canada. We received 3 payments before he closed his firm. I know that neither your actions nor mine caused this. I have since learned that he had pulled this run up the bills and then terminate operations once he had milked the suppliers for all he could... two times in the past. Kudos my friend, and please use me as a referral if you wish in both in Canada and the USA.

I turned an account over for collection with this company and while they collected on the debt, they were awful to deal with. It took almost 3 months after they collected the funds for me to get them to send me what was due my company. They claim they received the funds from the debtor in 2 payments and were also going to issue my company the funds in two payments. Supposedly they only cut checks once a month and the check for the first portion of the collection got lost. I had to wait until they cut checks the following month to get the funds they had already collected.
