Their representative called our business, asked for the owner, and when I politely asked him to remove our phone number from their call list, he hung up. I called back and spoke to the operator, who yelled over me while I was trying to explain myself. Incredibly unprofessional.. surely this place must be a joke.

I got their service and they recovered my money from the company who owed me the money but they are NOT paying me! Unbelievable. Stay away from this company. They scammed me. They lie so easily and they will scam you.

Tucker , Albin are the most unprofessional collectors. They have text contacted and emailed family with there false allegations about debt owed. Emailed me false invoices the numbers on the invoices don’t correspond, false signatures and demand money to be paid. With threats a lawsuit,calling the IRS, MOST OF ALL THE AGENT THREATENED HE WAS COMING TO MY HOUSE TOO LOOK AT MY ASSETS.

While they do have a high percentage of collection, it's not worth it in the long run. We switched to a different agency for new work. Once our Tucker Albin agent found out, verbal abuse is what we received. Now they still call even though we have repeatedly informed them they will not receive any future work from us. We are going to be forced to get our lawyer involved just to have the solicitation stop. They do not listen and are rude.

I received a call from them. Salesman was extremely pushy so I asked him to just send me an email with the information on it, and he wouldn't do it. So I told him I was not interested in their services and he then proceeded to insult me and hung up. Most unprofessional phone call I have ever had in my life.

Says they do their do diligence but is trying to collect on something that’s previously paid. Checks that were picked up weekly by the company they are representing.

Just received a call from this firm. He basically was trying to push his services down my throat. First off my customers pay me just fine. Second don't make your cold calling so obvious next time.

Would be nice if you stopped making phone calls that are basically harassment of our owners. Worst phone etiquette and absolutely no chance any reputable business person would use a firm like yours.
