Just received a cold call from these people. Rude and ignorant. Asked to talk to our president and when I said he wasn't available and could I take a message, just hung up. Pathetic representation for their company

Terrible phone etiquette, constant employee harassment. We have been constantly harassed, despite being asked to be taken off the calling list. They will hang up, only to call right back, continuously. As a business, we would never consider using a business with such tacky, predatory practices.

They do not follow law for debt collection practices.
I am not the person they are looking for and they refuse to remove my number from their list. this is not the correct way to handle this situation.

These guys are scam artists. I have great credit and no bad debt but they call me saying that whoever the owner of this phone owes us 1,000 dollars. Garbage people.

The guys at Tucker Albin chased down a contractor that owed us for a job and we got a fair settlement. They were well worth the time and expertise and gave our small company the backup we needed to get paid on this account. They were professionals at every step and worked hard to resolve the issue with the contractor who owed us quite a bit of money.
