They will call and harass and threaten your customers. Then when you tell them to stop the calls because they are costing you customers, they still charge you for the uncollected money.

Tyler Johnson called today try to reach the business owner to solicit us for their services and was extremely rude. I would not do business with them or want them representing my company

This company charged the company I work for for collecting a debt that they never collected. After verbally harassing one of our clients, we cancelled our relationship with this collection agency. Their use of vulgar and inappropriate language as well as scare tactics forced us to end the relationship. Today, a statement requesting $450.00 be paid for the same debt that was never paid by our client showed up in our office. We are now in the process of suing our client for the payment that Tucker, Albin & Associates claims to have received. Do business with at your own risk. Its apparent they charge for services that were never rendered. This company was investigated and had to pay out $500,000 for their practices of collecting debts. Their are also 85 complaints that have been reported to the Texas State General regarding the way they handle their collection practices. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I've never dealt with anyone, trying to get my business, that is as rude and pushy as your salesman Michael. You are in no danger of gaining us as a customer.

Their team is quick on the case, once hired. I tried two other agencies before.... Never heard back from them. Tucker and Albin had a result within 14 days! With running my business, they saved me time and the hassle with collections.

Horrible people. Who strongarm you into attempting to solicit business from us. A jerk named Brandon J. decided to talk over my while I was attempting to tell him we are not interested and then proceeded to call back when I had to hang up on him to get him to stop berating me, and called me a child. Do not even entertain these people with your business. I would not have given them any stars, but it is required to post this review. They should really learn some customer service skills if they want to earn peoples business. Complete a$$holes.

They never answer the phone, staff never knows anything and dont follow up.
