Heidi has since kept in touch with us just to see if we need any further assistance with other accounts. I highly recommend using this company to take the burden of tough collections off of you, so you can concentrate on business.

We don't have a lot of need for collections here at ARII but when we do I just e-mail Heidi and she sends in the pitbulls to collect from the bad guys with little or no effort from me at all. Tucker Albin & Associates are very professional and are great at keeping me in the loop on the progress and have been doing so for a few years now.

We do not have a large amount of collections work, but she still gives us the attention expected for larger accounts.
