Brian Dixon contacted me at my office on behalf of Tucker, Albin and Associates. Our initial contact went well. I would characterize his manner as helpful "This is what we can do for you", not pushy or forceful. Since I really didn't think I had account to place at the time, he asked for any written off account from the last five years. I forwarded the material from what we considered a dead account in Venezuela, the invoice almost six years old. But their team delivered. In just a few days the "dead" account contacted us and is working with Tucker, Albin on payment in full. I have been impressed.

So appreciate David Cooper at Tucker Albin & Associates. He was able to re-coop some of our accounts that I had written off!
