I own a small business and have a few customers that do not think they have to pay, return emails or calls. Mike Acaron with Tucker, Albin & Associates has assisted me with tracking them down and get some of them to pay. Reading the bad reviews... looks like they upset some people that don't want to pay.

Tucker Albin has been great business with us. Jeremy Coffman and John Coban is very pleasant to work with, responds quick, takes action, is very knowledgeable and makes sure his collectors get to the money. He reaches out to update us on client responses and makes sure to relay every bit of information to the customer to ensure we get as much of the money owed to us as possible. I have a GREAT working relationship with my rep Mike Acaron. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Since we have been working with Mike our returns on collections have improved dramatically. I actually talked with him this morning about a question i had. He answered quickly and that allowed me to get back to the multitude of work i had on my desk. I have dealt with multiple agents and agencies over the years and he is the cream of the crop.
