I completely agree that this company is extremely aggressive, rude, and obnoxious in their insistence that you sign your business up with their collections group. If there were negative stars I would definitely select them.

I was contacted by Steve Barton, who was hired by a company to collect a debt. Not only did he have wrong information, he was trying to collect more than was owed, he was unaware of the dispute I had with the company, and he jumped straight to threatening me with a lawsuit and a Kings County Sheriff's Department. If he thought it would scare me, he was wrong. Never heard from him again after I pointed out that under FDCPA his approach was illegal, and that I will be filing a complaint with the FTC. So much for his bravery.

Used Tucker Albin to collect on a small debt that the small business owner said to stop calling him on and that I'd get paid when he felt like it. I sent it off to TA and the very next morning there was a check in my door including the interest. I'll use them again for sure.

RUDE! They just called (I believe soliciting their "collection" skills). They have the WORST phone skills ever. I would never work with them.

I received a call from this company today claiming to be from “Tucker Industries”. While letting him go through his sales pitch, i was googling this company. I decided to ask him about the debt collection fraud which was committed by “Tucker Albion and Associates” and asked him if his company ever committed debt collection fraud. He emphatically said that they didn’t and claimed that he wasn’t from Tucker Albion & Associates but instead from Tucker Industries. I followed up by asking him if his company changed names and if they were ever known as “Tucker Albin and Associates”. To which he rudely hung up on me. I called his boss, Jason at head office. Jason’s only concern was taking me off the their telemarketing list. I insisted that he speak with his sales associates to ensure that they remain honest but again he only was concerned about taking me off their list. This company is dishonest from the bottom to the top. Be ware of all the fake 5 star reviews. They are from employees who setup fake gmail accounts as per one ex-employee.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Got a call from them (we have no business dealings with then nor have we ever) telling me to LET him speak to owner (did not even have his right name). I told him no - he does not take calls from people he does not know. Response: EXCUSE ME - he knows me. Well - no he does not. All of our telemarketer calls come in on a phone line that we have not utilized as our main number for years. So I know when that line rings - it is a bogus telemarketer. He was RUDE and demanding. If you do business with this company, I wish you the best of luck. 1/20/20 Again - called in on a phone line that all telemarketers call in on. Demanded to speak to the owner for which he asked for him by his first and middle name only - not last name. I told him that the owner has no intentions of speaking with a sales person and he told me the owner was expecting his call. Nice try dude....not my first rodeo with dealing with jerk sales people!

Is it possible to give a negative 5 stars? I would...called to ask a simple question of who to make check payable to. Rene starts screaming and shouting at me on the phone while I am mid-sentence. Then proceeds to send me threatening emails that she is going to contact my other vendors and saying I was making excuses and refusing to pay. UH, I WAS ASKING WHO TO MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO, KINDA MEANS I WAS SENDING THE PAYMENT!! There are way nicer companies to deal with, I actually have had them do collections for me. Can't get a return call from a supervisor either...
