Calls my company trying to sell collection services. Couldn't be more rude. Hangs up and cusses at my employees when I don't come to the phone.

This company violates the FDCA. An employee just called for someone at my work. He repeatedly referred to me as "sweetheart" and "honey" and told me to "Do my job." He told me a different company name, and he threatened me. There are ways to collect a debt that do not include intimidation, trash talk, and outright lying to get someone at my business on the phone. I'm not sure what passes for professionalism at that company, so hopefully when I file a claim with the Cons. Financial Protection Bureau, the FTC, the TX state AG & the BBB these people will realize what it actually is. Doubtful.

We have had a great success with Tucker Albin and Associates. Jonathan Edward's is on top of it with current updates of the clients we have placed for collection and is always available for any questions or concerns we have. I would highly recommend him and this company as your collections specialist.

As a mechanical contractor I have had my share of trouble getting paid on several commercial jobs, but for the past 2 years I have relied on Tucker Albin to collect my problem accounts. Heidi has been the best agent for collections I have ever come across and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with their accounts receivables!

I contracted Tucker Albin for collections at my previous company. Heidi Patton was an amazing person to work with. Her attention to detail and ability to manage all aspects of the collection process is second to none. If you need help in this arena, I would highly recommend Heidi and Tucker Albin.

I had just decided to turn over a delinquent account to a collection agency when Tyler Lucas called me; literally, at that moment. I turned the account over to him. When billing invoices went out later that morning, I discovered that Tyler had already contacted the business owner and had begun efforts to collect. I am very impressed with Tyler's energy and tenacity, probably the two most important traits for a debt collector. Unless you are on the other end of his efforts, he is also a very polite and amiable person with whom to deal. My star will turn into a 2-star, however, if he comes up empty. The proof is in the pudding, as they say.
