Matt McKee contacted us about using Tucker Albin & Associates services. We had a previous collection agency and quite frankly there were less than responsive. So we decided to give Matt a chance to win our business and boy did he. I had been trying to collect a debt from a realtor since May of 2016 with no luck. Within a few days the issue was resolved. Matt did a fantastic job. I will definitely be recommending Matt and Tucker Albin & Associates to other business. Excellent work!!!!!

Numerous phone calls have been placed to my office from this company even though I have requested they stop calling us. The calls get more and more rude and aggressive. Today's was the last straw and I contacted the Attorney Generals office in Texas to file a complaint. How a company thinks you would hire them when they act like rude child on a sales call is beyond me; calling me names and yelling doesn't get you work

These guys are total scam artists. Promised to deliver and close out an account but ended up taking my earnest money and couldn't deliver or provide a schedule for completion. Total con.

Former employee, and I can say with certainty that this is a great company. They work hard for their clients and never give up without seeking every possible avenue to collect for them. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a collection issue.
The owner Allen truly cares about the employees and makes the work environment enjoyable and a fantastic place to work. Zack is one great boss. I have yet to have one that is better, he is a true leader.
In short I enjoyed my time there, and recommend them to all. Don't believe the negative reviews.

the man that just called me was the rudest meanest man I have every dealt with. I informed him I was the wife of the owner and he was even more rude. Stay clear of this company I do my own debt collection and would NEVER USE them.

All of the positive reviews are from Tucker Albin employees fake gmail accounts. I worked for the scam company and these are the types of things they made us do.
