Tom came to us at a time that I was wringing my hands over soe of the lost revenue and seriously reconsidering my clients situation when they didn't have money. He called, was coureoutes and very direct and to the point of what he coulddo for me and my company. he is the first debt collection agency that I have worked with, but I must say "Kudos" for his service and persistance for my interest. We have worked with Brett Morris for almost a year now. I pulled our accounts from one agency and sent them to Brett. These were the hard to collect bills. We have received monies from some of them and they are working on the others. I always get an update from Brett and he checks in monthly to see how I am doing or if I need them to do anything for me. I have had great service from them. I had several questions and concerns shortly after we started with Tucker, Albin. Brett quickly answered all my questions. They have been great to work with and I will continue to work with them.

Tom Nelson at Tucker Albin & Associates has been awesome to work with. I went into the transaction with some reluctance because I've heard that collection services are pushy and rude, but Tom is nothing short of professional. He jumped right on my project and showed that he was making progress and putting in 100% effort. Thanks to Tom and the whole TAA team! Tom gets a "10 out of 10" in my book.

They have been harrasing me by phone. I don't know who or why their calling for. I call back to ask for help with little help. Wouldn't recommend these guys.
