Ryan Ray and team are absolutely wonderful. In the business world today, there are some entities that trade in business without integrity and ethics. Tucker, Albin & Associates will step in and ensure that your accounts receivables are collected and that your company recovers its hard earned funds. Our outstanding receivables were not very much, but they worked just as hard and just as diligent as an account with a large receivable. We can't thank Justin and his team enough! If you have an unscrupulous ex client, or an unethical ex business trading vendor, we highly recommend utilizing their services!

This company are just crooks on a phone...STAY AWAY

This company has called us 3 times in 2 weeks! Their representative (Lance) has called us liars, and been verbally abusive to us because we DO NOT NEED their services. He does not believe that we have no outstanding debts owed to use by clients. When we ASK him to NOT call us again, he does NOT remove us from the calling list. Today he called for the 3rd time, and when I politely asked him what his company did, he stated this "Just tell Jeff that it is Lance on the phone, and he will speak to me." Well, Jeff did speak to him for about 1 minute. Jeff (my husband) told Lance AGAIN that we do not need his services and TO STOP CALLING US! So, they may do good work, but they are UNPROFESSIONAL on the phone, and even of we did need their services, I WOULD NOT USE THEM. He seemed to have forgotten that WE don't OWE him money, and that he is trying to get our business. INSTEAD, his behavior has made me write this review of his/their phone tactics!

The representative I had the pleasure of doing business with her name is Mrs Krystal Shelton. When I say pleasure that might be a understatement. She is a very easy going and pleasurable individual to deal with. And did I mention understanding as well. She made what could have been a very stressful situation into a very relaxed and comfortable conversation. I highly recommend that if you have the choice of who to deal with you choice her.

We have been working with Brett Morris and Tucker/Albin for about a month and could not be happier. In that short amount of time Brett and his team have already recovered funds we had no luck collecting with other agencies. We are in the process of sending over more files and look forward to recovering more funds. They are very easy to work with and work very hard and relentless in recovering outstanding debt that other companies could not collect. If you want your money and need things to get done with great communication, give Brett Morris a call and he will make sure it happens.

I had an account that owed me $3000 and they pretty much had no intention to pay because customer needed to pay off suppliers so they could stay in business. After 6 months I had written it off and moved on, until a rep at Tucker, Albin cold-called me. It took me about 10 mins to exchange faxes with the paperwork and invoice details. Two weeks later I had the settlement check. They've got a customer for life. Great job!

Zach is awesome, he works hard at getting your money back and follows up quickly!

Heidi Turley has been great to work with. She is very diligent with her clients and makes sure to check up often so that nothing falls through the cracks.
