Received a cold call from this company trying to sell their service. They guy actually threatened me with a bill collection that he would not identify. This company uses deceptive practices that may produce results but they I would never use them. I think their practices may open your business up to legal liability.

Tucker Albin and Associates, has been and continues to be, the #1 leader in customer service, customer care and most importantly in customer satisfaction! I would and most definitely will recommend there services to anyone with any kind of commercial debt that is owed to them!

Called me over a dispute with our IT company. I am not some naive consumer I own a very successful business. After letting the person know on the other end that the debt purported by the other company was not founded and it was a legal matter he became belligerent and started violating my rights. He started harassing my family which including calling my wife. I am quite certain the letter they received from my attorney makes my position very clear. Unlike most of your uneducated consumers this type of bullying into collections will not work. I have also contacted the attorney state general and intend on pursuing this issue to the further extent.

We LOVE Tucker Albin and Assoc! The collection rate on accounts we turn over is outstanding, and they are one of the only third party collection companies that actually collect their own fees. I cannot say enough about this company and the return on balances we turn over. We will never stop using them! The customer service provided by Steve to our staff is fantastic, never have to wait for updates and they are always in communication with us. Outstanding Job Tucker Albin!

This company is a scam and the good reviews are made by their employees. I would be happy to meet any of these douche bags anywhere for a good boxing match.

Heidi is amazing. As a small business owner she was able to walk me through a very difficult conversation in understanding that you provide a service to someone and deserve to be paid for the service you provide. I can almost quote Heidi - everyone receives bills or invoices on a daily basis and they decide what needs to be paid. you want yours to be in the stack that needs to be paid.
