These guys did nothing but harass us by calling and emailing. The salesmen are arrogant and pushy. They have terms that make sure that their needs are met before yours are. They don't care at all about their clients

Brian Knox and Tucker Albin are the best collection company we have ever worked with. They got quick results and kept in constant communication with me. I highly recommend Brian and Tucker Albin to any company that needs money collected from past due accounts.

Heidi is an exceptional person to have on your side when it comes down to collecting accounts. Just when I threw the towel in trying to collect on very old accounts. She took the accounts and put her expertise into collecting and full fills the task.

To be perfectly honest, my initial experience working with Tucker Albin was considerably less than stellar. But I have always thought that the real test of a company's commitment to their customers is how they deal with it when things don't go as well as they should. In my case, I got a personal call from one of the executives, a company founder. He was attentive and sympathetic listening to my concerns, and asked me what I thought would be a fair solution to the situation. I laid out what they could do for me to make things right, and Nick promptly offered to go way beyond that, asking in return only that I revise my review on this site in accordance with my experience, something I am certainly happy to do. Any customer facing person representing their company can have a bad day. Any manager can make an unfortunate hire. How a company deals with these kinds of situations is what separates the great ones from the rest. Tucker Albin went out of their way, and way above and beyond what was truly necessary, to make things right by this customer. If that doesn't say something about their commitment to taking care of their customers, I don't know what would.

Heidi Turley is the best asset on our side for debt collection. I do not hesitate any further with companies going past 90 days. I simply turn it over to Heidi and know that every effort and attention to the recovery of debt will be made.
