Isaac has been very helpful in recovering money I was having a hard time collecting. Most collections take only a few days.

Tucker, Albin and Associates has been a great ally in our collections efforts. Specifically, Billy Hennessy is so great in communicating status of placed accounts and checking in to see if we need assistance with any other problem accounts. I would recommend Billy to anyone that needs collections help!!

Historically I have had very poor results when seeking the help of collection agencies. They usually want at least 50% of what they collect and they seemed to just disappear after you give them the order... no follow up, NO RESULTS! Isaac Segovia originally contacted me via cold calling over the telephone. Because of previous negative experiences with collectors I would normally have hung up on him but he happened to call right when I was reviewing an aging report showing a few past clients who were seriously overdue. I decided "what the heck" I have nothing to lose with this seriously delinquent account so I turned it over to him. The next day, the past due customer attempted to contact me, twice at the office and twice on my cell! Isaac cautioned me that they would try and I honestly thought it was more BS from a telemarketer but it happened exactly as he said it would. Within 48 hours they had a commitment for two partial payments in January and the balance to be paid by mid-February! Success! I have been working with TA for a few years. They have advised me on several small accounts and maintained contact with me periodically checking in with me. Their contacts have always been very professional and knowledgeable about the collection process Recently, Melissa N and her team scored a win for us' forcing a recalcitrant client back to the table to resolve an aging debt. Mike Dempsey is the real deal. Not sure if he is better at sales or collecting, both are stellar. Generally a cold call has 10 seconds to impress me, Mike had me on the line for an hour and I realized how much money we are throwing away by writing off dead end open balances.

I dealt with Tucker Albin for many months and placed a lot of accounts. I have been in collections for 17 years and dealt with many agencies. Tucker Albin was fair and trustworthy. They managed our accounts well and the recovery rate was as good as any agency I have used. Their account rep Melissa Natalie was very helpful, very hands on, and always available any time I needed something. I am no longer in that same job or else I feel like I can say I would still be dealing with them. I would recommend them to any company looking for a good agency to use.
