I write today to express my gratitude to Jouliana for her kind support. She handled my case professionally and with compassion. We have used Rinnou & Associates for our immigration case. Jouilina (Rinnou) has personally worked with us to review all the documents we have submitted to US Customs and Immigration services and answered many questions along the way. We felt an immediate connection with Jouliana and believe she cared about us personally when we met with her for our initial consultation. We had spoken with other attorneys and felt like we were just a business transaction. Jouliana took the time to ask many questions about our case, and she recommended an appropriate course of action. Since she felt we could file the papers ourselves with her reviewing them because it would save us a lot of money, she sent us the links to every form we needed to complete and reviewed them timely as we completed them. She was VERY thorough in her review and caught things on the forms that we had completed incorrectly and told us how to correct them. Some of the information on the forms was difficult to understand, and Jouliana clarified each of them to us. We are still in the review process for some of our applications, but we have also successfully been granted other application requests without any follow-up questions being asked. We feel that is because Jouliana helped us complete the applications so accurately and thoroughly. She has continued to be there for us with questions along the way. * I got to know Mrs. J. Rinnou and her team in a very difficult, extreme personal situation which was no longer feasible. Due to the actions of an incompetent, but deliberate, money-guzzling lawyer in Alabama, Our Green Card litigation/process has taken more than 6.5 years (2014) and is still ongoing at the moment. * The consequences of a 6.5-year process are painfully visible in every perspective you can name. eg: Mental, Physical, Financial, and your relationship, Our child.
