Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication from the attorney
“I have not had any experience with lawyers personally, but have heard horror stories from those close to me. David is the opposite of what I expected. Talking to him on the phone is like talking to an old friend. His whole team is there whenever you have a question.”
2
Unethical and unprofessional behavior from the attorney
“Loung was very rude and attacked me when I pointed out the problems. I explained I was trying to help my parents since they're elderly and English is not their first language. I said that I am trained as an attorney myself. When he didn't have a response to my concerns-- he personally verbally attacked me.”
3
Lack of attention and effort on the client's case
“Bryan Sample was the attorney hired from this firm to help represent me and regarding getting my children he lied to me from the very beginning he took my mothers money he never read any of the evidence the one time he showed up to court he was completely unprepared and after we drove for hours and prepared for two weeks he rescheduled then he rescheduled for two weeks he shows up again completely unprepared doesn't discuss anything regarding the case with me knowing I gave my mother legal power of attorney he manipulated me while I have retinopathy and kidney failure leading me to believe I was agreeing to Visitation now remember I haven't even had a hearing with this attorney and as soon as my mother left the room he lied to the judge and tricked me had me sign a final order that only would be in everybody's worst interest.”
4
Overcharging clients and providing little value
“Do not recommend. He doesn't help NOTHING but charge you for a good price”
5
Poor customer service and lack of professionalism
“The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I called and asked to speak with Elizabeth. Her response was "She doesn't work from this office." Umm... ok? So where does she work from or how can I speak with her? Or does she not work for you at all any more. The rude lady then followed up by saying "Well, you'd have to give me your info and tell me why you're calling and I'll email her." So I gave her my contact info and told her that I was interested in a new client consultation. She then said "New client or are you just looking to sell us clients?" (Which I have no idea what selling a client means... but whatever). I told her that I thought she was being a little bit rude as I'm looking for attorney representation. Her response was "Oh whatever..." and then hung up on me.”
