Alan chin is greedy, I have hired him and when things went south he kicked my wife out of his office when she asked for my files, couple of years goes by and my new lawyer needed my old documents, when he contacted Alan to ask for my documents to be released to him, they asked for me to contact them and pay him 150 $ he is greedy and have no honer or respect to his clients, only sees them as $ signs

He handled my complicated immigration case at ease. He answered all my questions. He and his staff are easy to reach. No waiting time for an appointment in kind of time crunch. He is very affordable. I strongly recommend and will engage his service again.

worst experience ever! (wish I can post zero start) I rarely write any bad comments on any business service, but this guy is really rude and just want to get your money right away... I sent email via their web and give them my background and he replied to say it's better to talk over the phone. But when I finally get hold onto him to talk over the phone, after I told him my situation and ask if he will be able to help, he said he cannot say anything unless I schedule a consultation and pay $60 right away on the phone... I was trying to be polite and honest so I told him that other lawyers I had brief phone conversation would at least tell me whether they are confident they can help me, then he said "why are you calling me?" and then hang up....dude, no matter you buy any type of service today, you always ask around first...yes, you are a lawyer but does not mean you are above everyone...with such huge self-centered attitude, I doubt he can be a good lawyer for anyone.

Had some really tough immigration issues. Talked to Mr. Chen for 20 minutes. I was convinced that he was able to help him, and he did. Truly appreciate his hard work, and now I am a US permanent resident.

I have many relatives and friends using Mr. Chen for immigration work. He has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. Personally I like his integrity. Never overcharge people as far as I know.

He only answer some of your questions. He neither informed any useful questions nor tried to understand what his customer wanted. He just let 20 minute past and finished the conversation. Your $60 is gone with nothing.

He only answers your questions with short answer. Looks disinterested. Not informative. Did not give any options, unless you ask. Just want to get to the next appointment to collect the $60. The paralegal also not knowledgeable. They did not thoroughly check my form, so later on I got problem with my LCA. Not recommended.

Firstly, when I called her office for an appointment the assistant gave me a wrong estimate for the legal fees and didn't tell me that appointments are limited to 20 minutes. Secondly, to half my questions Mr Alan said "I can't say" and when I asked him about the form we will fill for change of status, he said I don't know my assistants do that. Lastly, as soon as the 20 minutes were over he let me know that my time is up. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.
