STAY AWAY! Run! She’s dishonest, will advise it’s posible to get you all the things you want, once you’re on the hook, she will gaslight you and say she never said such things and bill you for chasing them when they don’t respond to any form of communication in a timely manner. They will make up billing/invoices and when confronted they will make up some other billing and threaten you to keep billing you if you don’t budge- of course, she knows to be clever and take advantage when she knows you’re focused on a bigger battle. She is not there for her client, she could care less about running you down and your life by her lack of integrity with legal advice. She will say this is not true just like any other negative review. You been WARNED! She should not be practicing family law.

When it came to my family receiving console from Simpson law very unprofessional also the words documents at work knots accurate and our family will be seeking the right legal that we deserve in our long-term battle

She will represent you and in the same breath help some one take what is rightfully yours. I do not recommend her services. 👎 If I could give negative stars I would. Becarful with her.

If I could put no stars I would. She is not in the business to help her clients. She will have you signing documents that releases your right to things you rightfully own and tell you that it’s for your going to work for your good.

She is very unprofessional and called my family money hungry for wanting what’s rightfully ours ! Do not recommend she is a their and justice will be served

Ms. Gauthier was rolled by my spouse's attorney and lead me down a path that was most certainly going to cause me to lose my children. I was called a drug user, blamed for her failure in my case as well as told me her "plan had changed" based on my finances. She allowed a drug test to be taken in a public bathroom. Very unprofessional, used unprofessional grammar when emailing clients and lacks the knowledge to go toe to toe with a more skilled attorney. Needless to say, I now have a 50/50 split and everything Ms. Gauthier couldn't do for me my new attorney did with ease. Do not be pressured in keeping an attorney if you aren't comfortable with them. FYI I can post anonymously, as an attorney you should know it's my right to do so. I hope you also find my review interesting since I posted anonymously.

Great service with a very smart attorney that looks out for your best interest. I have received legal services in drafting the Lease addendum for my rental property. This office did the closing for my mortgage refinance and they have assisted in other transactions throughout the past 9 years.

Normally i don't rate businesses unless it's something worth sharing! There is no words that can describe my experience with Attorney Mabel. I have had the pleasure of using Mabel's services for more than 5 times where every time she saves me thousands of dollars! It is not an exaggeration if I say that she is the best attorney by far that I have ever used. Mabel is so attentive, passionate, knowledgeable and very strong character person that can sit next to you in any case and WIN IT. I strongly recommend her office! Thank you

I hired Avia Gauthier to get my child back. Avia have only been practicing for 4 years and have no knowledge to be practicing family law period. I never went through anything like this and she did not prepare me adequately for my hearing. The father of my child received more time than he should have. In my opinion the good postings are bogus. It's also funny that they were all done recently. If you want to waste your money and lose your kids, yes hire this attorney. Otherwise, seek someone that knows the importance of your kids and what he/she are doing to help you.

My experience with Mrs. Gauthier was great. She Helped me with bankruptcy. Didn't take long to get through the process. Didn't take long . She's patient and understanding I would definitely recommend her. Thanks for everything
