She's the best immigration Lawyer I know. I could tell from the way she behaved and looked that she was a professional. I had to deal with some unexperienced lawyers before her and I could also tell that they didn't know what was going on. she gave me the best advise on my case and I went to court with her and won. Everything comes down to money money money... I never met a lawyer who is money hungry like Mrs Kinser. On the other hand her employees turn over is probably the worst. Its like every couple of months there is someone new and the rest are gone.. Initially I thought I got a good lawyer, in the end I still regret. The chance of winning a case with her is slim, very. She will charge you not just for the water you drink in her office but for the gas she put in her car to drive to the court... really Kimberly?? That's not professionalism, that's plain greed.

Money hungry ego driven lawyer. Worst ever doesn't return your calls never in the office always sick or with her dogs. I paid her over 15,000 to file L 1a case and I got nothing. My case was sent to the wrong address repeatedly. She claimed she filed it but doesn't provide receipt notice. Forget getting a refund.
