I met Mr. Jacob at Fathers for Equal Rights about 2 years ago in search of an attorney to help me with my custody case. He was the third attorney that I had spoken to within the program and later became about the fourth or fifth attorney that I would end up hiring for my case. I had been trying for almost 10 years to get my children back from my ex-husband who had been keeping them from me off and on for the majority of those years. After telling Mr. Jacob my story and giving him a much clearer understanding of what I was up against, he was more than ready and excited to take on the challenges of my case. Mr. Jacob worked many hours, days, nights and sometimes weekends preparing for court, but what I appreciated the most about him was his honesty and integrity. Not only did Mr. Jacob help me win my case, but he also gave me words of encouragement throughout those months because the process was a bit difficult to handle at times and Mr. Jacob understood that. I am not a religious person, but I always felt that William Jacob was God sent because I was ready to give up. Mr. Jacob is one that I consider to be very professional with himself and his work and is also very passionate about what he does. I was so very pleased with his work on my first case that, not only have I sent a few of my closest friends/relatives to him, but I've decided to use him again for another unrelated case. I have nothing but good things to comment about Mr. Jacob, both in the legal field and at a personal level; In 2018 I was facing several misdemeanors and even a felony charge for dumb mistakes I made. I hired Mr. Jacob with the hope to help sort my situation out and the results were beyond mine and my wives’ expectations. Mr. Jacob managed not only to dismiss all my cases but made them all eligible for expunction. I’m very grateful for all his help, Mr. Jacob truly gave me a second chance. I cannot recommend him enough, he is very professional, kind, and funny. To top it all off; after having great success with my criminal cases, I’m pleased to say that he will also handle my adjustment status case. (A jack of all trades per se.)

I have had an extremely negative experience dealing with the Loung Law Firm. Loung represented my parents, and he was very rude and unprofessional to me on the phone and said it was my parents's (his clients) fault that the work his firm had issues. How can you blame your own clients if your firm prepared work that did not contain the correct details? Loung was very rude and attacked me when I pointed out the problems. I explained I was trying to help my parents since they're elderly and English is not their first language. I said that I am trained as an attorney myself. When he didn't have a response to my concerns-- he personally verbally attacked me. He asked in a very angry rude tone: Where do you practice? I feel that this firm has been unethical and unprofessional. After being personally attacked when trying to raise real concerns, I cannot imagine wanting to work with them. I strongly do not recommend them. In over a decade of working with many professionals and friends who are attorneys, I have never witnessed such unprofessional and unethical behavior.

A few years ago, I was referred to Mr. Jacob by one of his clients when I was going thru a divorce. I am glad I was referred to him because he is a true professional and an honest person. When Mr. Jacob great me at his office he always take the time to ask me how I am doing, how is my family, he is not only a great attorney but also a nice human being who cares for his clients. I am greaful to Mr. Jacob because he also helped with the immigration process of my present wife whom was able to obtain legal status in this country mostly because Mr. Jacob knew exactly what to do from the beginning of the application process. I appreciated that he understood my financial situation and gave a payment plan. I would highly recommend him one hundred per cent. Thank you Mr. Jacob!
