I’m very disappointed my mother has a case with this office and has had no luck contacting Susan and has been leaving messages since Monday and Thursday and still no response ... she was already told check was in the office one week ago and still no phone call on disbursement questions or regards ....very unprofessional

Worst law firm ever took them 2 months to find out what's going on with my case when the insurance company said that I was 100% at fault even though I am not and I have photo proof and a police statement showing that I'm not they dropped the case on mebecause they felt it wasn't a strong enough case which means that they felt that the case was not a easy enough case for them to win and what I needed from the beginning was Lawyers willing to be able to fight for me and to do the things that I cannot do in the law industry world however they left meflat handed with no support and did not want to help me out at all as soon as the insurance company said that they did not want to pay or they were not at fault for anyting do not use this law firm they only look for easycases to win and if you don't have an easy case to win they will waste your time waste your money and would leave you alone well they literally did for two months was call the insurance company which is something I could have 100% handled on my own

I feel like it started out rough, but they really were working on my case. It was stressful, and took longer than anticipated, but in the end they got us what we needed, and more. My wife and I really appreciate you accepting our case given the difficult circumstances.
