Brian did a great job...listened to my situation, carefully explained some points about Texas family law, proposed a solution, and drafted documents for me. I'd recommend him for any sort of family law issue.

The Shutt Law Firm was extremely professional and efficient with all my legal needs. We worked with Peter Hall, who I highly recommend. We initially came to Mr. Hall to probate a will which he did with kindness and compassion during this difficult time. Following that excellent service, I hired Peter to update my families estate plan as did my mother. I recommend this team 100% to all friends and family. They care about their clients and the fees are fair and justified.

To the left is Kelly, who is absolutely AMAZING, and the TRUTH, not what you wanna be told, is what you get. I highly recommend Brian Andrade. He was patient, compassionate and understanding of what I wanted in the divorce. He was calm and reassuring. I feel he advised me well of what to expect in this uncharted territory for me and also listened to what what important to me in the process.

Shutt Law Firm has been a major blessing to my family. Dealing with life’s most difficult issue, death, Mr. Shutt and his team were there every step of the way. One thing I really appreciated was his willingness to explain the process, answer my questions and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking a dumb question. I could tell that he really enjoys his job and has a love for the law therefore he made the process significantly less difficult than it would have normally been. Wills: He met with us in person and on the phone several times until our wills were exactly how we wanted them. He advised us the whole way through. His fees were very reasonable and it was worth every penny to know that our children and estate would be taken care of. Probate: He explained everything to me in my new role as executor. He told me that he could be as involved or uninvolved as I needed him to be. I appreciated that because there were some things that I could handle on my own but other things that I needed help with so I was able to contact him as needed and he was always super responsive. He gave advice on a whole host of issues and he was my advocate when I was dealing with various professionals and interested parties. Mediation: He was excellent in mediation. He was strong, sharp and firm however he knew when it was our turn to give a little in order to get the deal done. Estate: He also represented me as a beneficiary and was just as thorough and ethical. Estates can be lengthy processes and he never lost momentum. He was full of energy and drive and I always felt like he had my back. Truly grateful for Mr. Isaac Shutt and his team and I would highly recommend him! Brian is a wonderful, compassionate attorney. Not only was he professional, but he was able to make a terribly long process of adoption quick and seamless. He made himself available for meetings and court dates based upon my family schedule and celebrated with us as the adoption was approved. I’m typically not one to post or make comments on any particular business as I know some comments are done out of frustration or friendships or just plain bad service(s) at the time. This post however has nothing to do with the above but all to do with respect for and returned by Mr. Andrade. My experience(s) so far with this firm has been nothing shy of amazing. All instances have been handled throughly and timely and were given, I feel, top priority. One instance that made me certain Mr. Andrade will be handling my, if needed, family affairs from now on is when he had cancelled his meetings just because I was not wanting to face a courtroom alone. This instance did not call for him to be there at all but he was and ended up staying there until it was settled just so I would feel comfortable. He did not have to do this as he had other places to be. He did this because he knew it was important to me, his client. This means the world!
