This man cared for me and my family through one of the toughest times in our lives. He would not quit until we were together and happy. Every time there was a struggle he was there for us. I cannot stress enough how truly blessed we were to have Brian Andrade as our family lawyer. He didn't rest until I was able to hold my little girl in my arms. I’m a single Father with two children and found Brian to be trustworthy and very straight forward. In unvarnished truth he will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. He has tenacity coupled with a degree of tenderness but never losing site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for his client. Don’t hire him if you are not going to trust him and let him do his job. He will not run up a bill with chit chat or unnecessary communication. If you need a hand holder this is not the guy. That being said he is always on top of the game and never misses a deadline.. He is honorable and knowledgeable. Straight forward is an understatement but he’s not your therapist he is a brilliant attorney who sticks to the facts that matter and have a legal basis, he will cut you off on the frivolous fluff that so many clients want to vent about, this will save you money in the end. He is well respected in the community.

I was "dumped" onto Brian by my first (very busy, experienced) divorce attorney right when I "didn't need this" change. I was not happy. But, during my first meeting with Brian I was confident in his competence. He has a laser-clarity. He is very supportive of what I/we are going through. In letters to my Ex's attorney and especially in court - wow! Brian never hits "below the belt" and doesn't need to! He is THIS good! He presented my case and won the day and decree to the advantage of my daughters and me.
