They are NOT in the business for helping people. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Poor communication and no one actually working case diligently.

If I could rate this law firm ZERO stars I would since I have calling their office for WEEKS now just trying to talk to someone in regard to my case ..... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, and stress inducing client relationships!

So far I have waited 4 and 1/2 years for them to get me my money from a wreck. I have been thru 3 different lawyers at the firm and have never gotten a straight answer about what is going on with my settlement. Have been told it would be a month or two until I got my check and that was about 9 months ago. They won't return my calls, get voicemail every time I try and call them. I am more than unhappy with how I am being treated. It should not take almost 5 yrs for them to take care of a customer like me . When I don't have barely any medical or anything in my case. Was told mine is very simple. Yet nobody at the lawfirm knows anything or is willing to help me. I very much need that money

This place saved me and my daughters life. I got Amber and David as attorneys and they have kept me up to speed through every step of the process. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone.
