Alan did my immigration related paperwork for clearing Labor and getting EAD/GC. Before reaching Alan, I contacted two other well known immigration Attorneys ( paid consultation fees as well). They both rejected my case stating it will be hard to get Labor and GC for my particular case. Alan not only took my case but worked with me closely to get Labor and later EAD and GC. I just did my J-1 Waiver, H1B and REF together with Mr. Chen. Both of them are approved in a smooth way. Alan is very professional and knowledgeable. Alan and Kate worked hard on my case, as i have to pass the J-1 Waiver before applying H1B. I really appreciate their great help on my case. One more thing, i consulted the other lawyer before i meet Alan, it turns out Alan's fee is the most reasonable one around Dallas.
