If you need a Family Lawyer (for any reason), you cannot go wrong with Warren & Migliaccio. While I can only talk about the members of their team that have worked with us on our case, I can tell they are a TOP NOTCH TEAM that values their clients and take personal interest in making sure the issues that are being dealt with are done professionally, and completely. Our first meeting with Christopher Migliaccio put us at immediately at ease with our situation. He fully explained what we could expect and what the fees would be. ​ Our Lawyer Dan Varkey took a personal interest in our case and is always available to answer questions, I can't say enough about his professionalism and caring attitude toward us. He even provided advise for our son who isn't even one of his clients. Then there is Paula Mitchell one of the Legal Assistants at Warren & Migliaccio. Dan asked her to look into a situation with our Mortgage company. She tackled that assignment with ZEAL and determination to get the job done right. She personally worked with the Mortgage companies lawyer and was able to completely resolve the Mortgage companies mistakes on my mortgage.

My case had lots of first to say the least. My ex was again taking me back to court for the 2nd time in less than 2 years. Of course a single mother of 2, I was so afraid I was going to lose my kids because I could not afford a high level attorney. So as any single parent would do, I panicked and was about to give up all hope, feeling defeated even before the case started. Then I found Attorney Christopher Konneker. I told him I needed an attorney that would fight for me and not just feed me a whole bunch of BS. He listened to my waves of emotions, reviewed my situation, evaluated my case and said let’s do this. I knew from that conversation he was the attorney I needed. At that moment we began the battle preparations that would take us to the war and claim our victory. Christopher handled my case with a tactical and methodical approach I did not fully understand, but he said to trust him and I did. He is sharp, witty and a no non-sense attorney with a soul. The Saturday before the final trial, Christopher and I spent a couple hours strategizing and preparing me for the unexpected. We went over questioning, as well as his approach to shut the other side down and it worked. I went in to the court proceedings calm and collected prepared to fight. Thankfully, Christopher found all the wholes in their case and was able to shut the entire proceedings down within 30 minutes in front of the judge. It was such sweet poetry! In addition, I believe what Christopher did in that courtroom, shut my ex down or at least will make him reevaluate ever bringing any other suits against me moving forward. Christopher Konneker has my 5 Star ⭐️ stamp of approval.

I need a reliable representative. Apparently, for an initial consultation, it's too difficult for them to actually be at the appointment that THEY scheduled. Edit: Chris Migliaccio contacted me because he was disappointed in the experience I had and wanted my feedback. He seemed genuine and I appreciate a business owner taking ownership when something goes wrong.
