Estaba buscando asesoría legal para mi solicitud de asilo y contacté a claudia Ávalos. Sin embargo, durante nuestra conversación, me di cuenta de su actitud negativa hacia los migrantes irregulares como yo. A pesar de que le expliqué que tenía todas las pruebas necesarias para mi caso, ella me desanimó y me hizo sentir que no tenía posibilidades de ganar. Además, me habló de las deportaciones de manera amenazante, lo cual me hizo sentir muy incómodo. Considero que un abogado debe brindar apoyo y buscar soluciones, no intimidar a sus clientes. No recomiendo a esta abogada, su trato fue discriminatorio y poco profesional."No recomiendo sus servicios, es xenófoba."

In the process of trying to get my residency they made sure I was up to date and able to understand each and every step. They never hesitated on answering any questions or concerns I had, and always gave honest insights about the process. Even when complications arose they were quick and on top of any changes that needed to be made in regards of my case. Facing the daunting and complicated process of US immigration, I was very pleased and grateful to have these amazing associates representing me!
