I retained Eric Junker for a guardianship application for my adult son with special needs. After doing some research for suitable attorneys, it became obvious that Eric was among the top names to come up all the time. Given that we live in Richmond, it was so convenient for us to travel to Eric's office in Richmond, near the court house. Eric and his secretary,Yvonne, was so friendly, patient, courteous and professional in all my dealings with them. The whole process was so easy, and Eric always made sure that we understood everything and on the day of the hearing, he made my wife and I feel at ease. The judge granted our petition for guardianship. I don't think we could have navigated this legal process without the help and support of Eric and his staff. Amazing people!!!!

Following my recent retirement, we needed to update the wills and related documents for me and my wife. We had heard of Eric Junker from his ads in our church bulletin (we're located in Sugar Land) and arranged with him and his team to prepare the documents. It was a smooth and straight forward process that only took a couple weeks from the initial meeting to receiving the completed wills, POAs, and other documents (11 total). One thing we learned from Eric is that in Texas, unless you have a pretty sizable estate, you can get by with regular wills instead of a living trust, which is a much more time consuming, complicated, and expensive arrangement. We are happy with the work Junker Law performed for us and recommend them for Fort Bend county residents in need of legal services.
