I had just paid to have that service done and with regret they had to be re-written to match the trust requirements. The first person overlooked this but Eric caught it. This trust (s) is a complex situation and Eric spent a lot of time to make sure my wife and I understood why this had to be set up specifically to match our intentions. Mr. Junker assisted us with obtaining guardianship of our disabled adult son. He walked us through the entire process in advance. So we knew what to expect from beginning to end.
