Very poor performance as a lawyer. He is not reliable, he is not honest and he will talk behind your back to the other lawyer, that you are up against. He is months behind on statements, he has no idea what is good for his clients, his staff turns over yearly due to his passive aggressive behavior. He claims to know a lot, however his clients suffer. Hire at your own risk, I promise you will regret it. He lies on statements to gain more money as well. Very poor ethics, this should not happen when a lawyer is expected by their clients to fight for them, he will stab you in the back.

James Kincade is one of the worst human beings I delt with. First, he had evidence that would have definitely changed the outcome of a hearing in a divorce case and he didn't even present it in the exhibits. Second, I got him more evidence that the testimony the judge based his ruling on included 2 major perjuries by my wife and this cost money. I asked him to file motions based on new evidence he said I have to pay all what was owed and a retainer. And when I did, the same day he filed for withdrawal claiming financial issues and he has ignored my requests to return my money. Finally he almost never answers emails or phones and always out of the office or will get back to you and nothing. He only cares about money not what's right or justice.

After many years and more than several dozen court appearances, I hired James. Not only did he finally get me some serious closure and finality, he did not over charge! This was an ongoing child support case. The non custodial was 6 figures behind in support. We had a plan, he expedited and negotiated the deal. I can highly recommend Mr Kincade !!!!!

WARNING. Do not hire this Attorney. He will take your money and not do anything on your case. Its been one year since my mom hired him to do a simple Amendment to a Quadro. We have been to his office three times. They promise to have him call us. We have called him 6 times no one is at office or when they answer they say they promise to have him return our call. He has not sent my mom a bill demonstrating any work. No amendment has been done not has he called one time to discuss the matter as of one year from hiring him.

I hired Mr. Adams to handle my divorce. I have never been divorced and am not at all familiar with the procedure or laws. I dealt mainly with his receptionist, Jessica, who was completely overwhelmed with work. I started e-mailing my questions and concerns rather than calling as I could go days without a return call. I received a response to some e-mails within 2-3 days, however, most of the time I had to call or send a follow up e-mail. I sent all of the information required to draft our divorce decree (e.g. child support amount, social security numbers, property divisions, etc.) and three weeks later the document had not been updated. I felt like I paid thousands of dollars to handle my own divorce. The two times that I have met with Mr. Adams himself, I felt like he would rather not be handling my case, like he had better things to do and that he didn't want to take the time to really advise me. He would ask me questions about what I wanted to do, but never offer cousel. Isn't that why I paid him??
