I first met Mr. Chambers in 2004 and from the beginning I knew here was a man full of knowledge, professionalism and more importantly integrity. He worked as our SEC attorney for over two years and I can say it was his incredible ability to put all of the pieces together that helped turn an absolute mess into a bonafide public company. We could not have accomplished anything without Mr. Chambers. His team approach along with his strict rules of following the letter of the law, clearly set him apart from most. Awesome lawyer, family man and friend. Truly one of a kind.
