I recently used Tim as my attorney and he handled my case professionally and to my satisfaction for the final outcome of the case. He was knowledgeable of the court system and treated me professionally.

I was arrested for Possession of Marijuana < 2 ounces along with multiple others. While the others were still working on getting paperwork filed, Mr. Hartley already opened communications with the DAs office and got me a conditional dismissal program. The 3-month program is now almost complete and the others arrested at the same time as me have still yet to go before a judge, much less get a program like I did. Mr. Hartley is an outstanding defense attorney with a respectful attitude, commanding presence and a very straight-forward approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone else facing charges like mine.

I would absolutely use Tim if you have a DWI/DUI case. He has great relationships with the DA's office. In my instance he was able to work out a deal with the DA that not only kept me out of jail but also got me a reduced probation term. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was very pleased with both the professionalism of how my case was handled and the results that Tim Harley achieved. He was thorough and very effective in delivery what at times was the hard truth. He was able to identify real flaws in the case against me and was able to get the DWI case dismissed and replaced with a deferred adjudication of an obstruction of a roadway charge. The judge smiled at Tim and chuckled when he read the charge. It was my interpretation that Tim had a good rapport the Judge and the judge was impressed with Tim's work.
