I cannot say enough good things about Kim Timpa. She is an amazing person who genuinely cares about you and the case she is handling. She went above and beyond to handle our case. She is also brilliant and knows the laws and what she is doing. She caught multiple mistakes from the lawyers on the other side. This law firm is a joke! Katherine was our lawyer she sent me many emails to print and sign for her to file in court. UNFORTUNATELY she filed the wrong papers! My ss number was wrong, my last name and she failed to put the geographic restrictions in the paper work! Such a waste of time and money! I had to hire a new lawyer to help me fix all the mistakes she made. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! They will file the wrong papers and avoid you and your calls! Unprofessional and unorganized!

Katherine Metcalfe and Heather Dickens in the Timpa Law firm are just simply the best! They made the difficult process of going thru a divorce bearable. If I can add a 6th Star I would...seriously. John Mapel and Timpa Law Office were amazing with my divorce. I first filed and offered to give over half if we worked through it together after a 6-year marriage. But she immediately hired an attorney, so I then called a friend for advice. He said call Timpa and John soon called me back. He talked me through the process and showed me what was really community property. Over the next 60 days his divorce knowledge and efficiency were amazing (Maci's too). But what John added was his counseling to keep me centered during the weeks of process and then quiet during that mediation, preventing me from hurting myself financially. In the end he saved me a lot of money. I have great respect for him and his profession of which he's a true master. Call him!
