If you want to win your case, seek Kim Timpa's law firm, I see why she's highly recommended! I needed a hard working, well educated, and fast acting attorney that could fight and help protect us. Kim Timpa was quick to get to the point, put things in order for our safety, well organized, and experienced. Ultimately in a matter of a short few months, divorce was finalized and we are on to the next chapter of our lives. Kim's entire team was absolutely amazing. You can see why they are a team and why she chose each individual. Everyone was not only kind, but sensitive to my matter, extremely fast with their work (and I'm talking about even typing up legal documents as we were in court!), and returned my calls/emails in a timely manner. Kim Timpa should ALWAYS be your FIRST call if you need an attorney! Choosing an attorney can be a scary process especially if you’ve never needed one. Lawyers speak a language few of us understand. Once you pay them there is little you can do. I went through a few attorneys who took advantage of my situation and then I met Kim Timpa. She was honest from the minute we met and she made my concerns a priority. Kim is a great attorney but an even better person. She is what you think your lawyer should be when you start looking for help. Over time I’ve met numerous people who’ve used Kim Timpa and we all have the same story… She was a great attorney, we all were successful in our outcome and she never took advantage of us as clients. I wish I could better explain how vulnerable you are to the legal system and how few lawyers will really stand by you through the process.
