Her office rarely answers the phone, she did not even state his name correctly on his briefing and I highly recommend acquiring a different appellate attorney! She made NO argument for his case, did not look into his case, and blew it off and washed her hands of it!

I have reported this law firm to the board. Stay away after how they treated me it is my goal now to make sure nobody else gets swindled like I did. They are the worst law firm in all of Texas. Money hungry but don't know the law. It is a mission of mine.

Whoever JOY is , very rude & unprofessional hung up on me twice because my boyfriend that’s currently locked up needed updates on his case , he has access to nothing because he is in one of the worse counties (TARRANT) and doesn’t receive updates on anything. He is not from Texas so I try to help as best as I can and inform his grandmother. This whole process is frustrating for everyone and doesn’t make sense so her hanging up in someone’s face because what she’s saying doesn’t make sense is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ❗️ If you don’t want to help someone in a very frustrating time find another job.
