I am providing this review in order to prevent others from being robbed by this incompetent Lawyer. This Law firm doesn't provide their clients any updates or personal engagement. I've had two interactions with David after I retained his services. If you are not proactive with inquiring information on your case, David will not contact you to provide any updates and to ensure your case is progressing. I took the initiative to go by his office and only once was able to speak with him and that was by luck. My recommendation is to not select this firm for any legal matters. Worst legal representative ever! Save your hard earned money.

Not a good experience. Lack of communication after initial meeting and money received. After several months of follow up and continuing to have zero progress I went to another law firm and they were shocked at how little had been done. New law firm finalized my divorce in less than 3 months with amazing communication on each step as it moved through. I would recommend another firm.

I would not recommend for an attorney. I had to reach out numerous times by different ways (phone, text, email) and was lucky if I got a response. The communication is HORRIBLE.

David Eaker was extremely helpful in answering questions I had concerning a very difficult and complex divorce case with children. He provided detailed responses and several examples to help me understand the process. David is very honest and compassionate. This was a very difficult time, to say the least. David helped me through this process with a talented support team. The end result was a great, as far as, I was concerned. If you are facing a divorce and in despair or terrified, I recommend you call David immediately. I was a basket case when we met and yet he was able to analyze the situation with compassion and keep me grounded in reality. My best advice is to TRUST HIM. You will have endless worst-case scenarios consuming your thoughts that are a complete waste of your energy. Listen to David! He kept my head in the game and set forth a successful strategy in a time when I was too emotionally broken to make decisions. He is also experienced in dealing with narcissism which falls on deaf ears with most divorce lawyers. Please give him a call and take your next steps towards peace.

I had a consultation with Mr. Eaker and he was honest and straightforward. I felt heard and he advised me well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Though I only worked on my case with Mr. Eaker for a short while, I always found him to be very responsive, professional, courteous, and reasonable. There were more than several instances when I didn't understand what was happening with my case, the legal language, or the next steps, and David was always patient and explained everything to me. He was also very relatable and easy to talk to. I did not have a positive experience with my last attorney during my divorce and was both hesitant and skittish when it came time to find a new one. Thankfully I read many reviews this time around and talked to several different attorneys before settling on David, and I am glad I did!

I highly recommend David Eaker and his law firm. From the very beginning, he was true to his word. He did exactly as he said he would, and he got my divorce taken care of as efficiently as one could hope. I remember one of the very first conversations I had with him, and how he told me to go live my life and he will take care of the legal side. He meant it, because that’s exactly what he did. He wouldn’t give play-by-play, so to speak, in real time throughout my divorce. However, when I would speak with him, I’d learn how he went over and beyond just to make sure all of our bases were covered. I was extremely impressed to say the least. I really appreciated the fact that he was always cautiously optimistic. Sure, everyone wants to feel as though they’ve ‘WON’ in a divorce, but he kept me grounded and put everything into perspective. I too appreciated how he would collaborate everything with Megan, his paralegal. It was very evident how much they both really care. David is a fantastic listener and so much so, he always wanted to make sure he understood everything clearly in order to gain good insight into the situation, and/or event. Eaker Law Firm’s fees are very straightforward, so I never felt blind-sided throughout my divorce. If you are wanting to hire an honest, objective attorney who has your back, I would definitely go with David Eaker and his team. Thank you again, Jeanna
