I used The Carlson Law Firm for a car accident I was in in May of 2015. Everyone in the office was very helpful. The process was new and scary and they helped answer all of my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend this Law Firm if you are looking for someone to represent you. I am even using them again for another car accident I was in at the beginning of this year.

I have gotten into a car accident on April 2015. Comes to find out my car is totaled March 2016! And all this firm can do is give me less than 2000 for my personal injury which is including my kids! They were asking if I was satisfied and of course I am NOT satisfied. The lawyer said because I couldn't continue with the treatment they couldn't help but when I asked the laywer if they can pay me for not working which was 6000 he clearly said no! So why would I skip work and go to my treatment and loose everything? It just doesn't make sense! I would never use this law firm again and I am not satfised! I can't believe they have the nerve to send me an email and asking IF I had a positive experience then I should write a review...well too bad I'm going to write a negative one because their service is horrible. How can they charge my paperwork 300 ( copying, fax and requesting for medical bills) and they charge my kids different amounts for that. And plus take more fees out This is ridiculous!!!

Very happy with the settlement I received from my case. The Carlson team took great care of me and Nadia kept me informed of the progress of my case. Hopefully I'll never have the need of their services again but if I do, I will have no problem using them again.

Thanks to Rekha Akella and her exceptional team, I am out of an unhealthy marriage, and am now receiving child support from my spouse in order to properly care for my children. Rekha and the family law team were incredibly supportive and understanding, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. She was extremely reliable, and made me feel confident I was in good hands. She made this unpleasant situation bearable, and was nothing but considerate. I would most definitely refer any of my friends who are having issues with a family matter to her in the future.

This law firm never contacted us after our initial interview. We did not know that they were proceeding with our case. We pursued them only to find out that our injuries were not significant enough for them to take our case although they contacted the insurance company that represented the hotel where we fell. Then they mailed us a letter saying they were no longer representing us but it was addressed to another client. There is absolutely no professionalism at this law firm. Unless you have a "big money" case, do not bother.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with the Carlson Law Frim. They have handled several of my cases and gotten great results. I will come back to them if I am hurt again cause they always take the time to answer my questions and return my calls.

Case isn't over yet but so far experience has been great. Mrs. Alvarez is quick to respond to any and all questions. She is very patient and doesn't make you feel like you are wasting their time. Very sympathetic to what you are going through. All around nice people who work hard for you.
