Nicole and her team were very informative and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding my case, they never pressured me to do anything I didn’t want to do like other law firms; they really did have the best interest regarding my wants and needs to my recovery. So a while back, I had the misfortune of being run over by a very unpleasant person. It was painful, scary, and frustrating. I lucked out, though, and found Roberto Flores and the team at The Carleson Law Firm. They got me through the process to get the help that I needed, and eventually a better settlement than I thought I'd get. They were thorough, professional, and, maybe most importantly, patient with myself and all of the questions that I had. The bottom line is that they know what they're doing, and as absurd as the legal process can be, it couldn't have gone much better. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

So grateful for the team of Amanda Hernandez and Roberto Flores for taking my case. I originally thought I could deal with the insurance company myself, but they just continued to drag it out, knowing if they could hold out to the 2 year point, they wouldn't have to payout anything. I had contacted several other lawyers, but none of them wanted to take the case due to quickly a suit would need to be filed in order to meet the 2 year limitation. The team at Carlson Law Firm were willing to take my case, they quickly worked on the suit, and were able to get me a fair settlement.
