Great work! very quick to handle my issue. Would recommend 100%

Horrible experience, rude, disappointing, disrespectful. I've had my claim since 2019, and its 2021 March, my claim still has not been resolved, elissa the attorney is not responsive and very slow, she also includes extra fees in your claim and contract,, READ YOUR CONTACTS 100%. She's so disrespectful I tried to get another lawyer and she's blocking that and still is trying to charge me, so I will be dropping my claim so she doesn't get a dime out of me and it's extremely sad over 2 years that's what the outcome of the claim is, just 2 wasted years. She also received a terrible review from someone else and attacked me because she thought it had to do with me and I had no idea what she was speaking of, and all I asked her was an update on my claim.

Kay has been awesome following through on every matter. She communicates everything that is going on. Would highly recommend the team.

I had a really good experience working with Kay. I recently got a speeding ticket, genuinely my mistake, and wanted to clear it off using the traffic school, but given I am from out of state, I didn't have that option. Hence to clear off the ticket from my record, I contacted "Haller and Covarrubia". Kay was really professional, responsive, and up-to-date on tracking the progress and communicating it in a timely manner. Due to this, the process of clearing the speeding ticket on my record without any issue. Thank you so much Kay. You are the best!

They've gotten 2 of 2 traffic tickets dismissed via deferral period, on my behalf (Austin and Leander). I like the fixed rate, instead of per appearance like some others. I've had to do this process on my own a couple of times in the past, and it's a huge expense in time. These folks made sure I didn't miss any deadlines with paperwork, and I only ever had to do a couple of things via the internet for my part. If you have the money for it, I recommend letting them handle such things on your behalf. Avoids the risk of mistakes, and it's hard to understate what a time sink it was when I had to do these things on my own.
