Had Cliff help me with another case and as always he was outstanding! Definitely recommend! I could not have asked for a better attorney at one of the most challenging times in my life. Cliff is thorough, patient, knowledgable and encouraging. I highly recommend Cliff to anyone out there that needs family law advice. He's worth every cent.

Cliff has been my attorney for a very difficult family case for years. He has stuck by our side for years and always stood up for my family! Cliff is ver compassionate, cares deeply about every case he has and respectful. He is very knowledgeable with family law, has the will to listen and thinks outside of the box. Cliff is very prompt on paperwork and deadlines. He is always giving his best advice that is in the best interest of you and your family. He puts your family first especially your children and will fight for what is best. Cliff is also very professional and gets things done in a timely manner.

I called Cliff on my way out of a consultation with another attorney who even tho was charging for her consultation she was 30 minutes late for and no one knew where she was so I left. Cliff took my call even tho he was on vacation with his family. I was desperate for anyone to help. I hadn't been able to see or speak to my kids in two years. Their mom moved, changed phone numbers and blocked me on everything I could contact her on. He is the reason I get to see my kids pretty much half of the year now. He stood up for me when I needed it. Didn't let her or her attorney run me over or treat me poorly. Even though they both tried numerous times. There were times during all of the court case that I was just tired and beat down and wanted to quit. He is the only reason I didn't because I knew I wasn't fighting alone and he cared just as much about that case as I did. The way he handled everything and stood by me is worth twice the money he charges. I really don't think it could have turned out any better than it did. I got more time with my kids than I thought was possible.

I have known Cliff since 2007. I have utilized Cliff's services on multiple occasions including recently. Over the years he has always gone above and beyond what I ask of him. Even the occasional friendly advice on questions that I may have. Being someone that has lived in and around the Austin area since 89' people are always asking me for recommendations. I'm not the type of person to recommend anyone or anything that I do not believe is the best quality that I know. I have referred friends and acquaintances to Cliff who have all been completely satisfied with his work professionalism, and his willingness to go above and beyond what is asked of him. I highly recommend Cliff to anyone who is in need of a great lawyer.

I don't even know where to start. When my fiancés children were taken and hidden away from him we reached out to a ton of different lawyers within our area. We were waiting in another lawyers office when her assistant came in and said she was running late already 30 minutes late, I decided to look up other lawyers. That is when I found Clifford Swayze. We called him within a few minutes of leave that other lawyers office and he gave us a consultation over the phone right on the spot. He then immediately set an appointment with him and hit the ground running and did not stop. Every time there was an obstacle Clifford would communicate with us, tell us what we needed to do specifically on our end, and he made sure that nothing got "pushed under the rug". He examined every piece of paperwork sent by the children's mothers lawyer, and when something did not look right he would fix the issue and fight for the rights of a father. He made sure that both sides of the story were told in an honest way to make sure that our judge was given to truth with evidence. Clifford is honest, answers all questions, and helped make this two year old process finally end with both parents receiving the same rights to their children. I highly recommend Clifford to everyone because every parent mother or father does deserve the same exact rights to your children and not to be controlled by the other.

Mr. Swayze was the perfect man for the job. I was a single father looking to get sol custody of my daughter in Travis County and he was up for the challenge. He was more than prepared and made sure that I was as well and made sure to explain everything in detail for me to understand the process. It didn't matter what time it was, he would always answer and discuss any issues and concerns that I had. I couldn't have asked for a better man for the task at hand.
