What a Horrible human.. I watched outcry.... and I don’t know how she still gets clients. She never owned up for her lousy legal work and put the wrong one in jail. I don’t know how she sleeps at night Don’t let this lady ruin anymore lives.

Back in the day when I was young and dumb, I made mistakes. Patricia represented me and helped me to continue my life. She once told me, "David, if you are not guilty of any wrong doing, then you have nothing to worry about because justice is usually served here in America." That gave me instant reassurance and relief. I would hire Patricia again in a heartbeat!

She comes across as caring and comforting that's why I hired her. She slowly stopped working for me and seemed like she was working on the courts behalf. Before my case was over she withdrew from my case even though I paid for her services in advance and said she couldn't do anything more for me than a court appointed attorney.

Patricia represented my brother in a criminal trial in Williamson county. She is very informed, kind and respectful however she isnt a great defense attorney to say the least. I feel Attorneys should be advocates for their clients while informing them of all options. My brother was sentenced to 25 years at 19 yeas old. We feel ms. Cummings didn't instruct us in detail that taking a plea deal would mean he couldn't appeal his case. we are hardworking immigrants with little legal education and unfortunately our attorney in my opinion did not fully inform us of the consequences. I'm not a defense attorney however after educating myself a bit I've realized this case was completely set on hearsay testimony with no other witnesses or physical evidence. There were several other young men who fit my brothers description there as well and these young men were not presented to the child or jury. I mean why not have the child look at pics of all the men that were in and out of that house? Please do your research before hiring an attorney.
